The United Airlines Newark Satellite C1 UnitedClub lounge is a vast circular lounge right in the heart of the gates used by United. It was once the Continental President's club Newark. You access the club by taking the stairs to the first floor (there is also a lift). Once you are in you see the lounge is arranged on a large circle with giant glass windows overlooking the food court of the main terminal area. Furniture is as you'd expect: plenty of rather hard uncomfortable plastic arm chairs.
